The Betsy hotel has a restaurant named BLT Steak which is a classic American steak house with a personal touch and finesse lent by the head chef. The ambiance of the restaurant is that of a classic French bistro but with elements of stylish urbane chic interiors. Apart from the indoors restaurant, BLT serves its guests at the rooftop, outdoors as well as by the pool as preferred by the guests. The cuisine is exquisite, with some of the best meats and sea food used, including the famous Japanese Kobe beef. There is an extensive raw bar and the sauces and side dish choices are quite large. The desserts are seasonal and are perfectly made. The restaurant also has a full sized bar which serves up some great cocktails. The wine list available is quite extensive too.
