Miami is the coastal city is southwest Florida in United States. The city is a melting pot of cultures, where the old meets new. Probably the most Latin city north to Mexico, Miami has a flavor of its own. The city, known to be the cleanest one in America, is vibrant and alive with its pulsating energy that draws everyone who comes here into its action scene.

Miami is known to be the international center for fashion, music, art and business; and there’s certainly no end to the entertainment options available here. There’s something to do for everyone here, no matter what age and what interests you might have. The beaches, museums and art galleries here are something that should not be missed at all.

• Coconut Groove - Coconut groove is the place for you if you want to experience Miami’s fine dining and shopping. Coconut groove is a cosmopolitan village where you can spend days enjoying its many museums and art galleries, its various clubs and bars and visit several of its historic monuments. The coconut groove playhouse is an important landmark here, standing tall since 75 years and a known venue for live theatre. The Barnacle historic State Park is a place where you can visit to get a glimpse of old Florida.


• Little Havana - Little Havana, also known as the Latin quarter, used to be a Cuban neighborhood from the 70’s to the 90’s but now its mainly a Latin and south American locality. If you want to experience authentic Latin culture, this is the place to come. The district has several authentic Latin shops and restaurants and it hosts the annual Calle Ocho parade, which is known to be the largest street festival in the world.


• Ocean Drive - Ocean drive is the greatest cruising strip in America. This is where you would spot the celebrities and the stylish, hip men and women as well as classic cars. Ocean drive, more than any other place in the city, represents the classic Miami image.


• Key Biscayne - Key Biscayne is a tiny island just south of Miami, which is where the village of Key Biscayne is located. This lush tropical island is serene and can offer you plenty of solitude when you want to escape the crowds of the city. The beaches here are extremely beautiful and there are plenty of water sport activities that can be done here.


• Coral Gables - Coral Gables is located just south of downtown Miami. The city is famous mainly for its University of Miami, its several historic monuments, plenty of parks and recreational activities. This can be a perfect place for a day excursion from Miami. Apart from the University some of the places to visit here are the Coral Gable house and the Venetian pools and several of its outstanding restaurants.
